One month ago today (our time) my family regregatably disembarked from the glorious Nymphea. We are still "buzzing" from our wonderful experience (1st time to france for the kiddy-wags). Suffice it to say the trip was awsome and was one of the few times that an experience such as this has "exceeded!!!!" my expectations.

More importantly however (from my perspective anyway) we wanted you to know that it is/was your staff that created the ambience of the moment and the memory of a lifetime for my family's ultimate vacation.

In fact we can no longer think of R & R as simply an acronym for rest and relaxation, to my family at least it means, Rupert & Rebecca . in reality it should be R&R&J ( Rupert, Rebecca & Jessica).

Mr Banks, this crew was so impressive and made our journey so memorable that i thought you should know ! As a business owner i have come to learn that boats (trucks) & buildings are but mere chattells in the business that we do and that ultimately it is the "people" who represent our firms that distinguish the " premier players" from the "also rans".For your information, this "crew" was expceptional in every sense of the word and we felt compelled to advise you as such. In fact,it is our sincerest hope to see all of them (R&R&J) in the near future.

Clearly, we are all looking forward to a little "R&R(J)" in 2005 - walk proud in the knowledge that this "R&R&J" crew is exceeding your customers expectations.

Hi --- My wife and I have just returned from an idyllic week cruising the River Cher in the Loire valley with Leigh and Rebecca on the Nymphea. It was a gorgeous trip helped along by nearly perfect weather. This was our first return to France after just over 40 years, having spent a week in Paris shortly before our marriage in 1962. So what could be a more appropriate way to celebrate that anniversary than to be coddled aboard this lovely boat
