       (each lock-keeper edition has an unsubscribe option)
  6.    The Chairman's decision is final
  7.    The closing date is March 20th, 2006
  8.    The winners will be announced in the March 2006 edition of the lock-keeper
  9.    Winners will also be emailed and must respond within 30 days
  10.    GoBarging company employees cannot enter
