  3.    The competition will be judged by the Chairman of GoBarging

       (each lock-keeper edition has an unsubscribe option)
  6.    The Chairman's decision is final
  7.    The closing date is 20th October, 2006
  8.    The winners will be announced in the October 2006 edition of the lock-keeper
