  3.    The competition will be judged by the Chairman of GoBarging
  4.    Complete contact details must be supplied
  5.    All Entrants to the competition will be added to the lock-keeper subscribers list
       (each lock-keeper edition has an unsubscribe option)  
  6.    The Chairman's decision is final
  7.    The closing date is 25th November 2007
  8.    The winners will be announced in the November 2007 edition of the lock-keeper
  9.    GoBarging company employees cannot enter
