  1.    The competition is open to any visitor to the GoBarging website
  2.    Only one entry is allowed per person
  3.    The competition will be judged by the Chairman of GoBarging
  4.    Complete contact details must be supplied
  5.    All Entrants to the competition will be added to the lock-keeper subscribers list
       (each lock-keeper edition has an unsubscribe option)  
  6.    The Chairman's decision is final
  7.    The closing date is 20th June, 2007
  8.    The winners will be announced in the June 2007 edition of the lock-keeper
  9.    GoBarging company employees cannot enter
