  1.    The competition is open to any visitor to the GoBarging website
  2.    Only one entry is allowed per person
  3.    The competition will be judged by the Chairman of GoBarging, European Waterways Ltd
  4.    Complete contact details must be supplied
  5.    All Entrants to the competition will be added to the lock-keeper subscribers list
       (each lock-keeper edition has an unsubscribe option)
  6.    The Chairman's decision is final
  7.    The closing date is August 15th, 2004
  8.    The winners will be announced in the August 2004 edition of the lock-keeper
  9.    The prizes are not transferrable
  10.    The cruise to be taken late seaon 2004 or early season 2005, on a suitable date,
       subject to availability
