  2.    Only one entry is allowed per person
  3.    The competition will be judged by the Chairman of GoBarging
  4.    Complete contact details must be supplied
  5.    All Entrants to the competition will be added to the lock-keeper subscribers list
       (each lock-keeper edition has an unsubscribe option)
  6.    All Entrants to the competition will be added to the Mixed Media subscribers list
       (each Mixed Media quarterly newsletter has an unsubscribe option)
  7.    The Chairman's decision is final
  8.    The closing date is 20th January, 2007
  9.    The winners will be announced in the January 2007 edition of the lock-keeper
  10.    GoBarging company employees cannot enter
