  1.    The competition is open to any visitor to the GoBarging website
  2.    Only one entry is allowed per person
  3.    The competition will be judged by the Chairman of GoBarging, European Waterways Ltd
  4.    Complete contact details must be supplied
  5.    All Entrants to the competition will be added to the lock-keeper subscribers list
       (each lock-keeper edition has an unsubscribe option)
  6.    The Chairman's decision is final
  7.    The closing date is April 30th, 2004
  8.    The winners will be announced in the May 2004 edition of the lock-keeper
  9.    The winners's cruise can be taken on any available date in 2004, dates agreed with    GoBarging by end of end May 2004 latest, subject to availability
  10.    The prizes are not transferable
  11.    GoBarging company employees cannot enter
