Our process.....

Our head office in Wraysbury, England is supported by a team of six multi-lingual travel professionals whose primary function is to service the needs of our clients, looking after the complete barge reservation from the moment the first enquiry happens right through to the moment you leave the vessel

If there are transfers to make, hotels to book or a rental car to pick up, our reservations staff are the people to contact with all queries. We understand that your holiday is extremely important and that you require the pre-boarding documents on time, perhaps information about transfer times abroad, or visa requirements

We always provide passengers who book directly with our office all the necessary phone and emergency contact numbers and make sure that every aspect of your reservation and all the little details which are important to you are complete

Languages spoken in house are English, French, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish
