For the opera lovers amongst you, taking one of our special Opera Cruises aboard La Bella Vita in Italy is sure to be a once in a lifetime experience. We have announced last-minute specials on some of our most popular routes and hotel barges for August and September 2015. Cruises must be booked by August 17 2015 to qualify. Each fully-crewed, 6-night cruise includes all gourmet meals prepared by the on-board chef, fine wines, an open bar, daily escorted excursions, admissions and local transfers.

We’re sure that anyone who understands the concept of a hotel barge cruise, or has experienced one, appreciates that it is the staff on board that can make or break a barge cruise holiday. At European Waterways, our hotel barges are fully crewed with captains, hostesses, tour guides and Master Chefs. Luke Dessain is one of the latter.
